I first began my career in interview coaching 11 years ago at a firm in Austin, TX. I specialize in placing Sales, Service, and Executive opportunities.
What set me apart from other recruiters was that I was able to prep candidates with tips on how to stand out in their interviews by coaching them on their demeanor, questions to ask, and how to best position their work experience to employers.
Once you have the interview, you are just as qualified as any other candidate. Now we are playing what I call "The Interview Game", where I teach candidates how to create the most memorable impression and confidence in the employer that you are the best fit for the open position.
